Who you’ve had to be.
Who you’re becoming.
Therapy for adults, teens, couples & families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, identity, family patterns, and major life transitions.
Welcome
Something is shifting.
Let’s make room for it.
Maybe you’re grieving, navigating a relationship, or repeating a pattern you want to understand. Therapy offers space to pause and find your way forward.
Relationships, culture, community, and larger systems shape what you carry. We’ll explore both your inner world and the world around you.
“If you have come here to help me you are wasting your time, but if you have come because your liberation is bound up with mine, then let us work together.”

Meet
I’ve always been drawn to moments of transition and to our longing to be understood.
My path across cultures, global organizations, and community work in rural Nepal taught me to notice the relationships, histories, and systems that shape us.
I’m direct when it matters, while staying curious about what’s underneath. Humor, nature, movement, and connection have a place in healing, too.
Honesty with compassion.
Room for laughter.
Justice is part
of my work.
I care about who gets left out and believe people deserve room to live more fully.
Let’s stay curious
together.
Room for complexity, difficult conversations, and laughter. My hope is that you feel seen.
My Approach
Trauma-informed. Anti-oppressive. Rooted in relationship.
We start with what brings you here, then explore the experiences, relationships, and patterns shaping your life. Together, we decide what to carry forward.
Therapy shaped around you.
How we’ll work
Go beneath the surface.
Depth psychology & psychodynamic psychotherapy
Explore where your patterns began, what they’ve protected, and what you need now.
Understand connection.
Attachment theory & family systems
Notice how early bonds and family dynamics shape your relationships today—including the relationship with yourself.
Trauma-informed care & mindfulness
Slow down, build awareness, and make room for choice as we explore what feels difficult.
Move at your pace.
Keep culture in the room.
Liberation psychology & cultural humility
Explore how identity, community, power, and oppression shape your life. Your experience leads the conversation.
Bring your whole self.
Healing can mean remembering, reclaiming, and integrating the parts of you that have been hidden, silenced, or forgotten.
I welcome Black, Indigenous, and other people of color, LGBTQIA+ people, and neurodivergent people.
“...strength is not the absence of vulnerability. Strength is knowing what your weaknesses are and working with them.”
